Reservations and Payment

Reservations may be made by telephone, letter, fax or email. Resevations made by telephone, fax or email will be held for five days pending receipt of a booking form, or confirmatory letter, and a deposit. A deposit of 25% is required when booking and, in the event of cancellation, this is not

normally refundable. It is recommended that guests booking longer stays consider taking out holiday cancellation insurance and details can be provided. Payment can be accepted by cash, cheque (supported by a cheque card), or credit card.

Arrivals and Departure

Except by prior arrangement, checking-in on the day of arrival is at any time after 2pm. On the day of departure, guests are asked to vacate the cottage or guest house and car park by 11am.
